Who these terms are for

We are Anespiem Private Limited, a one-person family game studio in Singapore. Questions or problems? Write to mail@anespiem.com.

These shared terms apply only to a game whose own terms expressly refer to this edition. Read the two together: the game's page describes that game, its requirements and any special terms. Specific game terms take precedence on their stated subject, without removing rights the law gives you.

Publishing this page does not replace the existing terms of games that have not adopted it.

Freedom to play and explore

You may play, use bots, study and modify our game client, including through reverse engineering. This permission covers our rights only, not third-party material or licences.

Please do not access another person's account or data without permission, commit fraud, or disrupt the service. These rules are about real harm, not ordinary in-game bluffing or competition.

You may stop playing at any time. The game's Privacy Policy explains its data and deletion options; the shared Privacy Policy explains our common approach.

When something goes wrong

Games can change, contain bugs or be temporarily unavailable. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or recovery of every lost save. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Nothing here excludes responsibility or remedies that applicable law requires.

Changes and concerns

We value honesty and transparency. If you think our terms or practices cause a problem, tell us: we will review it and make the necessary changes.

We date new editions and keep adopted editions available. A new edition here does not silently amend an existing game agreement: changes affecting that game will be explained on its website or in the game, with any legally required steps before they take effect.
