Shared Privacy Policy
Play without telling us who you are.

Read this with the game's Privacy Policy
This policy applies to production games whose own Privacy Policy expressly adopts this edition. It does not replace the existing policies of other games.
Anespiem Private Limited is responsible for our processing. Privacy contact: mail@anespiem.com.
The game's Privacy Policy explains what data that game uses, why, who receives it, and how you can manage it or request deletion. Read both policies together; another game's features do not apply just because it also belongs to Anespiem.
Identity and game records
You do not need to give us your real name, email address or phone number to start playing. A game can link progress and settings to random account or device identifiers so you can return between sessions or link another device.
Linked game records and network information can still count as personal data. We do not promise absolute anonymity, and we do not track you across different Anespiem games.
If the game uses our Questmetry analytics, the game's Privacy Policy explains the events and their purpose. Questmetry analytics are enabled by default and retained for 90 days. That period does not apply to progress, correspondence or other records.
Asking us to stop using data
You can ask us to stop using your data. Tell us which use concerns you and how it affects you at mail@anespiem.com. We will stop where the law gives you that right. If the law permits an exception, we must show compelling reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or that we need the data for a legal claim. We will explain our decision.
Hosting and people who help
Our games are hosted by Hetzner. Hetzner's data-protection information explains its hosting role and safeguards. We remain responsible for how we use game data.
Cloudflare delivers and protects our games. It processes connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver content and protect the service. Cloudflare may process information internationally and retain service and security records under its privacy policy. Its data-processing terms describe applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for information about these safeguards.
Keeping, removing and asking about information
We may keep game data indefinitely.
If you email us, we receive your address and message to answer you and handle the issue, relying where applicable on our legitimate interest in responding or an applicable legal duty. Mail is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail (Google). These providers process messages for delivery, storage and security and may process them outside your country; see Google's privacy policy and transfer safeguards, as well as Cloudflare's information above. We keep correspondence while needed to resolve it and meet legal record-keeping or dispute needs. Please do not send passwords, secret access keys or account-transfer codes.
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy or restriction of use. We may ask you to prove control of a game account to protect it, rather than require your real identity. We explain any limited records that must remain for legal reasons.
Deleting data from the live game does not remove copies already stored in backups. We cannot delete individual records from those backups.
You can contact us about any concern, or complain directly to a competent data-protection authority, including Singapore's PDPC or the authority where you live. Your rights and applicable response deadlines do not depend on our studio's size or income.
Changes
We date and preserve editions. Material changes to a game's processing will be explained before they begin; publishing a new shared edition alone does not adopt it for that game. Read the shared Terms of Use for our common terms.
